Single stage boiler stack economizer will allow you to heat process hot water up to 140°F by utilizing the waste energy normally lost to atmosphere in your boiler stack exhaust. Dual Stage Stack Economizer
The Dual Stage stack economizer system combines both direct contact and conventional fin and tube heat exchanger technology providing hot water up to 160°F and above. This system allows you to capture both sensible and latent heat in the primary stage while cooling exhaust gases below the condensing zone in the secondary stage. The RRC dual stage economizer system will make your boiler operate at close to 100% efficiency by capturing the energy from hot exhaust gas normally lost to atmosphere.
